1. More wrinkles

Thin skin is more prone to showing signs of damage from everyday activities. 3. Less energy

You’re tired all the time, and it seems like you have no energy. A full day at the office seems like a week (especially if it’s a Monday). When you get home, your husband wants to go out on the town, or your children want you to babysit your grandkids – and you just can’t face it. Of course you can still make it to the top – but it’s a lot harder than it used to be, and that is taking the enjoyment out of one of your favorite activities.

You pride yourself on being the kind of person who can take anything life throws at them. But now you’re feeling anxious and stressed. It used to be that when you faced those bumps in the road – small stressed or bigger problems – you could get through them with flying colors. You did what needed to be done and overcame all obstacles. Now it seems like those obstacles have the power to flatten you. Sometimes you feel like you can’t cope with everything.
