My new routine!

"I've been taking SeroVital Skin ReVive consistently for over two months. You take 2 Skin Integrity Complex (the tan capsule) in the morning with food. Then take 4 Renewal Complex (the yellow capsule) when you can take them on an empty stomach with a full glass of water, bedtime works best for me. The capsules are on the bigger side, but are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste like some capsules can. I've noticed I've been sleeping a little better, I usually have trouble sleeping through the night and I've been sleeping in longer increments which is a big improvement for me. My skin feels great. Normally this time of year my skin is dry and itchy from the weather, but in combo with the Skin Revive combination and drinking more water, my skin feels hydrated and healthy.
