"I am trying the Slim Sips as well as the Glow Sticks, but they're both to sweat for me to consume with the little bit of water the instructions recommend. I use only half of a little pack for 24 ounces of water, and I cannot drink it all 15 min before consuming a meal. I work retail and I never know when I have a break/lunch. I like the taste of the citrus, but only in small doses. Needless to say, I haven't lost any weight.
