- How do I use a reward on my next shipment?
- Sign in to your account, choose a reward and apply it to your upcoming subscription order. We'll remind you a few days before each shipment.
- Is there a limit on how much I can save per order?
- Yes. You can save up to $20 per order with your points. You earn points on everything you buy.
- Can I combine rewards with other offers?
- You can use one reward per order, and rewards can't be combined with other promo codes.
- Do points expire?
- Only if your account is inactive. Points expire after 12 months with no orders or redemptions.
