"I used as directed in combination with proper diet and exercise. In all honesty- I probably could have fasted or something for quicker results. I think the product's effectiveness was a little over sold. While on Serovital, I actually gained weight- not in the pant line but just gained more mass. I think partially because of the muscle building from more exercise. I did not however reduce a pant or shirt size. I am the same ol chunky goddess I have always been. On the other hand- my family says they notice I look slimmer and more svelte. So maybe I am just looking at my results through the lens of wanting fast, hard hitting results, and its hard to see the incremental change because I'm always seeing me. I am on the fence if I want to spend another 80 to continue my experiment. If you purchase Serovital- don't set extremely lofty goals, like the "up to 8lbs in a month" advertised on the bottle. Stay hydrated, eat wholesome, and exercise in a way that feels good to your body."
